Alyssa Holmes, DMD, MPH

I have wanted to be a dentist since I was five years old, after seeing how a confident smile can truly change someone’s life. That early inspiration continues to guide my commitment to helping patients feel healthy, confident, and cared for. I approach dentistry with enthusiasm and integrity, striving to create a positive experience while supporting each patient’s overall well-being.

I am deeply committed to patient education. My philosophy of care emphasizes listening first and then collaborating closely with each patient to create personalized treatment plans that support long-term oral health and individual goals while ensuring they feel informed and confident in their care decisions. I believe in interprofessional collaboration and a whole-body approach to care, recognizing the connection between oral and systemic health. As a third-generation Arizonan, I am honored to serve my community and build lasting relationships grounded in trust and compassion.

During my Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency, I received advanced training in complex restorative care, oral surgery, implant restorations, and digital dentistry. My work in underserved and tribal communities strengthened my ability to manage complex cases with efficiency and clinical precision. I have a special interest in prosthodontics, implant restorations, and surgical dentistry.

Outside of dentistry, I enjoy singing, pilates, dogs, pottery, trivia nights, reading, podcasts, horseback riding, and spending time exploring Arizona’s beautiful outdoors.
